Obama’s Win All But Certain With Win In Ohio

With Ohio and its 20 electoral vote going to Obama, and with Democrats friendly state not having reported yet, it looks like McCain would need a miracle to win. Now the question is not if Obama would get the 270 electoral votes (needed to win) but how far above 270 would it go. It looks like the large crowd gathered in Chicago will be able to hear Barack Obama deliver his victory speech tonight.

It’s nice to see 80% of voter turn out in Ohio. 80%? wow. Nice to see elated citizens and young voters full of hope and confidence in their future. While U.S. make history in record turnout, Canada make history with record low turnout.

Update 11:00pm EST

Obama had just won Virginia and its 13 electoral votes. This was a key state being watched by pundits to see if Obama would become the next President.
