Liberal Voters, Don’t Split The Vote!

I would like to re-emphasize the points I made in my previous blog: How Strategic Voting Could End Up Helping Harper.

Liberal voters should not get duped into voting for another party in the guise of strategic voting.  This would only increase the chance of Harper staying in power or worse, getting a majority.

Remember that the polls are very volatile and with huge undecided voters, who usually decide at the last minute,  the number could change. It would be dangerous for Liberal to vote for someone else since Liberal support tend to surge at the last minute like in past elections.

Unless the chance of a Liberal candidate in your riding is nil and no surge could change that, then Liberal voters should keep their vote for Liberal.

  2. The whole don’t split the “progressive” vote thing would be easier to take if the Liberals perpetuating this fallacy didn’t actually mean, “all “progressives” give us your votes now, or else!” If Liberals were at all interested in progressive politics they’d be running on electoral reform. And they’re NOT!
